I was scared and nervous trying to find a lawyer for my case. After meeting and talking with Anthony I felt more calm. Long story short, I made a stupid mistake when I was young which led to my participation in a deferred entry of judgment plan which I successfully completed. According to California law, I was able to say I had never been arrested or convicted of any crime (With obvious exceptions), however, the arr...est would continue to haunt me. Any FBI background check would unearth this awful day from > 10 yrs ago. The anxiety surrounding whether specific states follow the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act, as well as professional licensing, was at times crippling as I moved through my professional career. Anthony and Monica have been extremely clear, proactive, and flexible throughout my experience with them. This was especially appreciated since I was in a different state than California, and working with someone I have never met in person requires a large amount of trust. In the end, Anthony was successful with my case, the arrest will never again be revealed by a background check (Again with obvious acceptions), and I am forever grateful.
