It has been over a year since Anthony helped me with my DUI case when another unfortunate series of events led me to jail for 14+hrs for a warrant issued to me by the court that I had no idea about. I’m an Indian living in Arizona on an H1B visa and was visiting LA one weekend a few years back when I got a DUI and my world came crashing down. The case was little complicated as my driving license state was different than the state I got DUI in but Anthony worked it out with the judge/prosecutor and I was able to attend all the court ordered driving/AA classes in Arizona itself. The best part was that I did not had to get my car fitted with ignition interlock device, which was mandatory in California, such a relief. So things were great- I paid my fine, attended all the classes and sessions mandated by the court and then I was on 3 year probation. During those three years, I went back to India to extend my visa but the US embassy asked for all DUI/court documents which I wasn’t carrying in person. I emailed Anthony and within a week, he mailed me original copies of police record, case documents and certified court docket etc. That saved me and my visa was extended. Sometimes I think if I had any other lawyer and I was not able to reach him, my whole career and personal life would have suffered. After that I also changed my jobs and Anthony helped me clear the background verification also. The three year probation ended recently and I once again reached out to Anthony for expungement appeal, and he took care of it. So finally I’m all set and my record is clean. I had a really good experience with Anthony and I would recommend him to everyone.

After my second dui I thought I was going to do some time or never get my license back. However on the dmv hearing he had them agree to wait until the judge decided my case for them to suspend my license. Following my court case I only had to wait 90 days u till I got it back. When I got arrested I s...erved just over 24 hours however in court they counted it as time served so no more jail time. Just the 18 month dui program and fees is all I got. Definitely recommend mr Arzili.
