In March 2010, I was in this big popular store located in North Montebello Blvd Montebello, picked few perfumes as they were on sale with intension to buy them. Since I did not have shopping chart with me I kept them in my big handbag I was holding, same time I noticed purse where I keep my credit ca...rds, driver’s license, my cell phone was missing, this made me panicked and since I was very close to main door and my car was visible made me rush outside to check my missing purse in car, and I was stopped by the security. I tried explaining my situation to them but nothing worked. They called cop and I was arrested and charged with Petty Theft & commercial Burglary. These charges may not be that huge for someone who is US citizen but for us as foreigners with work visa is end of everything. This was like a nightmare with no ends. I spoke to immigration lawyer and the only way out from this mess was if somehow these charges are reduced to infraction was something unlikely. I really needed a fairy with magic wand, a life saver, probably a magic man. First of all I would like to thank Mr. Arzili and Alicia for what they have done for me and my family. I was recently charge with a DUI in California after recently coming back from my 2nd tour in Iraq. Im currently stationed in Texas but Im a resident of California.
