Mr Arzili was god sent to me and my family. He was my light in the darkness. Mr Arzili kept mine and my family’s best interest in mind before, during and after my case. You see, I have never found myself on the wrong side of the law until recently. The agonizing thought of having to go to jail, and leave my family to fend for themselves caused a lot of sleepless nights. Let me start by saying, Anthony Arzili made magic happen. I had received my first DUI unfortunately and I should have been in a whole lot of trouble. My case(s) could not have been handled by anyone better than Mr. Anthony Arzili. My life came crashing down when I was arrested and charged with a felony, and while on bail awaiting that court date, I was arrested for DUI #2 and released, then again got arrested and released for DUI #3 (these arrest...s caused me to be in violation of probation for DUI #1). This all happened within a period of 1 month. Needless to say, I was scared out of my mind at what was to come next. I was panic-stricken and had high anxiety – I didn’t know what to do. A friend referred me to an attorney but after discussing my situation with him, I was left with the sense that my case would not be a priority. My mother contacted Mr. Arzili’s office on a Sunday evening and the following morning I got a call from Mr. Arzili’s assistant, Alicia, with an appointment time to come in and discuss my case with the attorney that very day. The judge wanted to sentence me to 1 year in jail for DUI #3 alone, but after arguing my case(s), Anthony got it dropped to a total of 4 months for probation violation and ALL DUIs (of which I did a fraction as a jail trustee). In addition, he got the courts to waive thousands of dollars in fines/fees! Anthony got much better results than I had hoped for and I am still amazed at what he was able to do for me. So I was coming home from a friend's house party and was caught at a random check point at 11pm ish. I had already stopped drinking about 2 hours before. I wanted to head home because I didn't want to stay any longer at my friends place. When I was stopped, the officer flashed his light and asked me ...the regular questions "Where were you? Did you drink?" And I told the truth but I had said that it was earlier. But none the less he asked me to drive to a parking lot where I did the test and blew into a breath analyzer. And I guess based on all that they arrested me. But later when they brought me to the station, they had me blow into another analyzer which is more sensitive and I blew. a .07. (limit is .08) I knew that I had some type of case, and I researched lawyers on the internet. My mom even was trying to ask her friends for any recommendations. And when I read about Mr. Arzili, he just seemed like a great lawyer. He was also known in the area of where my court was going to be so that was a huge advantage (Norwalk, Downey area).
