A few months ago I was arrested for a second DUI within ten years (third total) and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer. To make matters worse a warrant had resurfaced from ten years back for driving without a license. I contacted my previous lawyer and he said I would do three to six months in count...y jail on each of the charges. This Monday I appeared court and Mr. Arzili was able to get the breathalyzer refusal dropped as well as a charge for high blood alcohol content of .15 or more. He was able to get a plea on my DUI charge from 90 days in county jail to 10 days in any jail and the judge agreed that I could do the 10 days in a Trusty Program where I wouldn’t have to stay in jail overnight. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Arzili. You will not find more professional and better people in their field than Anthony and Alicia.
