I was arrested for a DUI in March 2017 . I had a prior, 7yrs back, but it was dismissed and I wasn't sure if the court would look at this as a 1st offense or a 2nd. Based on my case, with a prior DUI arrest, I was looking at the real possibility of a DUI charge or even a possible 2nd depending on how the court wants to look at it so Wet Wreckless was music to my ears. With a wet wreckless penalties and fines will be at a minimal plus I'll be able to get a restricted drivers license vs not having a drivers license at all for 18months. I can't express the relief I feel and I can't truly thank Anthony and Monica enough for their service. I would recommend Anthony to family, friends, and anybody that needs a criminal lawyer.
