I was charged with petty theft at West Covina court, which most of you know is a tough court. I am a college graduate, and this was my first time being charged with anything. A few months ago I was arrested for a second DUI within ten years (third total) and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer. To make matters worse a warrant had resurfaced from ten years back for driving without a license. I contacted my previous lawyer and he said I would do three to six months in count...y jail on each of the charges.
