1. The first case that I hired Anthony for was a misdemeanor assault case. There should have never been an arrest in the first place (the "accuser" was a lawyer himself, and used his background & leverage to try and blackmail me due to a personal grudge he had against me. Anthony was able to convince... the jury of this obvious subversion of the law, and the case was dismissed in court. 2. The second case that I hired Anthony for was a DUI. Since it was my first offense, Anthony was able to minimize my penalty to acceptance terms. 3. The third case that I hired Anthony for was the expungement for the aforementioned DUI. It was after my probationary term (3 years) and he was able to clear it within just weeks! I highly recommend Anthony...he responds super fast to phone/email and was it was clear he has tons of experience as a defense attorney - as evidenced by successfully helping me out 3 times (which I have detailed above). I contacted Anthony Arzili's office after speaking to several other firms. I had a warrant from 1995 and left California. I was told from other firms that i would have to go back to California and show up in person because it was a felony. Never mind what they wanted for money to handle the case. The...y also wanted me to do some of the work for them. I am now on the east coast so that would be difficult as well as not knowing what to do. Long story short Anthony is awesome. I actually got to talk to him personally and his secretary is also awesome. Kind, helpful and they respond very timely. They handled everything. He went to court and had my felony changed to a misdemeanor and got the warrant recalled and everything dropped. all with me never leaving my home on the east coast. Anthony and his Legal Sec. Monica worked hard on my case. They Always responded to my inquires in a most stressful time . He negotiated a felony DIU to a wet reckless that is a BIG deal . Anthony took on my Domestic Violence case and didnt make any promises, he stuck to the facts in my case and told me what he could do, best case scenario and worst case senario. All i had to do was my part and he said he would do his. A year and a half later, my case was dropped after Anthony got me a... deal to do Domestic Violence classes and AA meetings and staying out of trouble.
