I highly recommend Attorney Anthony Arzili, who has handled my case over the last year. He took the time and effort to convince the DA to amend the charges from a felony to a misdemeanor that may be reduced to an infraction after a year of good behavior. He advised me to start DV counseling before th...e court ordered it. This allowed the DA to reduce the charges. I was arrested on the 3rd of September under a felony. With a high bond amount and charges that was written on paper I knew I was in deep trouble. Looking for a lawyer was a head ache, most of these lawyer firms work in a buffet table and I read the worst about them. Where your case is thrown around... between different lawyers and their prices were ridiculously high. Anthony Arzili is amazing! Monica and he were great about keeping me updated on my court hearings, explaining what was going on, what to do. I was extremely nervous when I was originally searching for a lawyer to handle my case but I found Anthony on Avvo.com, read his experience, and knew I had to c...all him. He personally shows up to every court date and fought hard for me, I felt extremely confident in his abilities, especially when he walked in and knew the people in the courtroom. 1. The first case that I hired Anthony for was a misdemeanor assault case. There should have never been an arrest in the first place (the "accuser" was a lawyer himself, and used his background & leverage to try and blackmail me due to a personal grudge he had against me. Anthony was able to convince... the jury of this obvious subversion of the law, and the case was dismissed in court. 2. The second case that I hired Anthony for was a DUI. Since it was my first offense, Anthony was able to minimize my penalty to acceptance terms. 3. The third case that I hired Anthony for was the expungement for the aforementioned DUI. It was after my probationary term (3 years) and he was able to clear it within just weeks! I highly recommend Anthony...he responds super fast to phone/email and was it was clear he has tons of experience as a defense attorney - as evidenced by successfully helping me out 3 times (which I have detailed above).
