I wanted to take my time and write the most heartfelt review on Attorney Arzili and his staff for their most professional and excellent services. It's really hard to find people who really care about other human beings and truly want to help. I contacted another attorney practice prior to contacting ...Attorney Arzili and even though they were charging me a pretty penny for legal services treated me as though I was a second class citizen. This was the first time I had to seek legal services and was shocked at the treatment I was receiving thus far. I can only describe my finding Attorney Arzili as a godsend because he did restore my trust in the legal system and that there was some hope for me and my case. I was accused and arrested on embezzlement charges and my career, my life as well as my family, who depended on me for stability, world was about to come crashing down around us. Attorney Arzili assured me that he would do everything he could with his experience to help me with a favorable outcome. Attorney Arzili was true to his word and had the charges dismissed. Attorney Arzili and his staff kept in touch with me as soon as there were updates on my case and assured me they were working diligently for a resolve. I was charged as a felony conviction and the honorable court put me on three years probation and Caltrans job. After passing one and half yours of my probation period I I was seeking attorney's service to apply for early termination of probation and expunge my record. I was so fortunate that I found ...an amazing attorney like Anthony A Arzili who so helpful, modest and confident. He submitted a petition to the court for early termination and record expunge. I was arrested for a DUI in March 2017 . I had a prior, 7yrs back, but it was dismissed and I wasn't sure if the court would look at this as a 1st offense or a 2nd. Not taking chances I decided to hire an attorney. To be honest, Anthony Arzili was not my first choice. I spoke to 2 other attorneys pri...or to speaking with Anthony. I did not have the complete confidence that I found the right attorney until I spoke with Anthony. All 3 lawyers had the credentials but I felt Anthony was more sincere and that he truly cared. Anthony took the time to explain the possible convictions and our options of approach and the possible outcomes. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I kept asking if we can get this dismissed or reduced. I wanted to hear some sort of guarantee because we all want some comfort in hearing the right thing, even though we know that convictions are all too real. But Anthony didn't want to mislead me in any way and made it very clear that he can't guarantee a dismissal but will fight hard to get the best possible outcome based on my case. I felt he was honest and sincerely cared about getting me the best result and not just trying to get another client. So I hired Anthony. He made a couple of appearances in court that didn't require my presence. Anthony and Monica, his lovely assistant, kept me inform and up to date the whole way through. Anthony and I made our 1st appearance together at the DMV hearing. I already knew getting that dismissed was impossible based on my situation and the end result was expected. DMV is independent from the courts and makes their own decisions based on driver license privileges. But seeing how Anthony handled himself I'm convinced that no lawyer could've gotten me a better result with DMV. Long story short, couple of weeks prior to my required court appearance I get news from Anthony saying he had been in communications with the prosecutor and that he was able to negotiate the DUI being dropped to a WET WRECKLESS! Based on my case, with a prior DUI arrest, I was looking at the real possibility of a DUI charge or even a possible 2nd depending on how the court wants to look at it so Wet Wreckless was music to my ears. With a wet wreckless penalties and fines will be at a minimal plus I'll be able to get a restricted drivers license vs not having a drivers license at all for 18months. I can't express the relief I feel and I can't truly thank Anthony and Monica enough for their service. I would recommend Anthony to family, friends, and anybody that needs a criminal lawyer. If you want a honest, sincere, and someone that will fight hard for you to get the best result possible then Anthony Arzili is the lawyer for you.

Mr. Arzili was hired to take my brothers case. My brother was being charged with distribution of narcotics with the intent to distribute. The narcotics belonged to my brothers roommate but because the apartment was under my brothers name, he was being pinned for it. The roommate had a warrant that my... brother had no knowledge of either.. the guy left town and left my brother to deal with the mess he caused. Mr. Arzili was present since the first court appearance and kept us informed of any news. Not only did he keep us informed when anything new would arise, but also informed us weekly.. regardless of anything. This was very much appreciated because it was the first time anyone in our family had to deal with something like this. Mr. Arzili sure made this experience easier to deal with. I highly recommend him. P.s- what struck me about Mr. Arzili was that since the first phone call, I was able to get a little bit of input into the type of case we would be dealing with. We discussed the case rather than the money first.. which other places I had called wanted to discuss payments first then then the case.

I received an email from Monica yesterday letting me know that my case had been rejected by the court and the charges have been completely dismissed! I’m so incredibly happy with the results Anthony worked for and I feel so blessed to have both Anthony and Monica on my side to help me through my DUI!
