A few months ago I was arrested for a second DUI within ten years (third total) and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer. To make matters worse a warrant had resurfaced from ten years back for driving without a license. I contacted my previous lawyer and he said I would do three to six months in count...y jail on each of the charges. He was able to get a plea on my DUI charge from 90 days in county jail to 10 days in any jail and the judge agreed that I could do the 10 days in a Trusty Program where I wouldn’t have to stay in jail overnight. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Arzili. You will not find more professional and better people in their field than Anthony and Alicia. They were always honest and excellent in keeping me informed throughout the different stages of my case.
