A WELL HANDLED CASE. THANK YOU ANTHONY.

I am very thankful to Anthony. I had gone to two places to get some advice on my case and both places gave me a bad vibe. First lawyer was about to go on vacation so he wasn't focused on helping me but taking my money. Second lawyer tried to B.S me and finally I came to Anthony. He showed me knowledg...e of what was going on, what he can do and what was best. Case has been resolved. Went from a Felony to a misdemeanor. No jail time. Reduced fine. Even got my probation reduced. Couldn't be happier.

First time criminal charge

I was charged with petty theft at West Covina court, which most of you know is a tough court. I am a college graduate, and this was my first time being charged with anything. I talked to eight lawyers before I chose Mr. Arzili. I decided to go with him because he was the only one who gave me a straig...ht, no-bs answer. Initially, I thought I was going to get at least six months of probation. I had hoped that Mr. Arzili would be able to shorten it to three months. Instead, he got me a much better deal. After several negotiations with the DA, Mr. Arzili was able to convince the DA to dismiss my case provided that I do ten days of community service and pay a small fine. Now my record is virtually clean. No conviction, no booking, nothing. I highly recommend Anthony Arzili to anyone facing criminal charges.

Mr. Arzili is an Excellent and Trustworthy Attorney. Highly Recommend.

A few months ago I was arrested for a second DUI within ten years (third total) and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer. To make matters worse a warrant had resurfaced from ten years back for driving without a license. I contacted my previous lawyer and he said I would do three to six months in count...y jail on each of the charges. This lawyer was obviously not willing to fight for me in court but I retained him anyway in a panic feeling like I had no other option. A week later a family member was researching online for a second opinion and thankfully contacted Alicia at the Law Offices of Anthony Arzili. We met with Mr. Arzili and he assured me that everything would work out and he would do all that he could to keep me out of county jail. Leaving his office that day I felt the first peace of mind since being arrested. Mr. Arzili then drafted a letter to my previous attorney letting him know that he was taking over the case and his services were longer needed. Anthony appeared in court for me on the driving without a license warrant a successfully managed to drop the misdemeanor to an infraction only having to pay a minimal fine. Over the next months he appeared in court for me numerous times to see if he could work out a deal with the prosecution. This Monday I appeared court and Mr. Arzili was able to get the breathalyzer refusal dropped as well as a charge for high blood alcohol content of .15 or more. He was able to get a plea on my DUI charge from 90 days in county jail to 10 days in any jail and the judge agreed that I could do the 10 days in a Trusty Program where I wouldn’t have to stay in jail overnight. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Arzili. You will not find more professional and better people in their field than Anthony and Alicia. They were always honest and excellent in keeping me informed throughout the different stages of my case. I couldn’t imagine a better result and I highly recommend contacting the Law Offices of Anthony Arzili to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation such as mine. Mr. Arzili is a great attorney and very well respected in the Southern California court rooms and DMV offices. I cannot thank him enough for helping me throughout what surely has been the most difficult period of my life.

Very reliable and trustworthy

I previously spoke to 3 lawyers before I decided on Mr. Arzili to represent my case. He just seemed to have a calm and ease that the other lawyers did not have. I was able to comfortably discuss all the details of the case without feeling like he was judging me. While he did not make any guarantees o...r promises, he assured me that he would work to get the best possible outcome for my case. Mr. Arzili and his paralegal Alicia were very responsieve and kept me informed of the progress of the case. However I do feel like Alicia was at times brusque and almost came off in an unwelcoming manner which I understand could have been because she was very busy. Nonetheless she was able to answer any questions I had or communicate those she could not answer to Mr. Arzili who would then respond promptly and follow up with my questions. Mr. Arzili was able to reduce my petty theft misdemeanor to an infraction through a diversion program and 40 hours of community service. He has helped me get through what has become the costliest mistake of my life. If you are unfortunate to be in a similar situation, I would highly recommend Mr. Arzili to represent your case and you can rest assured he'll do everything to achieve the best possible outcome.
