very happy with results

I interviewed several lawyers before making my decision. I chose from individual practices, both inexpensive and expensive, to large firms specializing in DUI. Not only was Mr. Arzili the most reasonable he also impressed me over the phone and in person with his clarity and economy of words. Also, as... i waited to meet him another client in the waiting room volunteered that he had excellent results with Mr. Arzili and that i was in the right place. And, among the lawyers i interviewed Mr. Arzili was the least expensive. Mr. Arzili leveled with me in the beginning that he could get my charged reduced but it would be very difficult to persuade the DMV not to suspend my license for twelve months since i did refuse to be tested. However, he argued successfully. The DMV set aside the case and reinstated my license. Today, Mr. Arzili successfully had my plea reduced to alcohol related reckless driving and even had that fine cut in half. Needless to say this will make a huge difference in my life and I am very grateful for Mr. Arlizi's competence. As important, I noticed that Mr. Arzili seems to be well known and well liked among the staff at both the DMV office and the courthouse.

Anthony A. Arzili is the way to go!

First of all I would like to thank Mr. Arzili and Alicia for what they have done for me and my family. I was recently charge with a DUI in California after recently coming back from my 2nd tour in Iraq. Im currently stationed in Texas but Im a resident of California. I was worried about my future aft...er the arrest that I looked around for a lawyer.I came across a lot of lawyers but no one was more confident than Mr Arzili. I told him my situation and from the beginning he understood my case. As soon as I hired him, his law firm started working on my case.My driver's license was suppose to be suspended for a year automaticly for not submitting a blood or breathalizer test but Mr Arzili was able to drop the charges at the DMV court hearing. On April 22th I had my criminal court hearing. Mr Arzili was able to convince the DA not to file charges. I am really glad there are people like Mr. Arzili out there to help out people in a time of need and Im really glad I had the chance to find an outstanding lawyer like Mr. Arzili and his law firm. I am very happy with this outcome and I recommend to everyone to consult and hire Mr. Arzili. One last thing, the great thing about Mr. Arzili is that I never had to stepped in on any of the court hearings. He assured me he had it under control and as you can see, IM NOT GUILTY.

AN EXCELLENT ATTORNEY W/ A REAL HEART (one in a million)

As crazy as it may seem, it took only a minute or two of talking to him that I just knew that it was Mr. Arzili I wanted to have as my attorney. I was being charged with petty theft with a prior which luckily got placed as a misdemeanor but easily could have been a felony right away. However, regardl...ess of that, there was still a big chance I could've been given jail time because of the prior conviction on my record. When I retained Mr. Arzili, the one thing he let me know was that my stress was now his stress and that he would take care of me as if it was his own problem. That not only relieved me of the tension, but it also allowed me to trust that he wouldn't do me wrong. I was right to think that because the results proved his expertise and his dedication towards his clients. I ended up being sentenced with 3yrs summary probation and a fine...NO JAIL TIME. Even the judge was amazed by the results. The only person i can thank is Mr. Arzili because he kept his word and did the best he could for me and ended up doing even better. He is a real person with a real heart and thats what you need in a lawyer to know you are in good hands. He works with you to make sure you can afford his services and never demands more than you can handle. I really believe that MR. Arzili was sent to me by God himself to take care of me because he did exactly that and if you are looking for a lawyer that will do his best to get you the best results, Anthony Arzili is the man for you without a doubt.

Highly recommended.

I was visiting California from abroad last month when I was arrested for a DUI with a high blood alcohol content of 0.19 after getting into an accident with another car. Luckily no one was hurt, but I was a wreck trying to figure out how to handle the situation. I read a lot of reviews and contacte...d a few lawyers, who despite receiving rave reviews online, were extremely pushy and tried to convince me that if I didn't take my case to trial, I would almost certainly be sentenced to jail time. I was somewhat traumatized after speaking with one lawyer in particular, who advertised himself as a DUI specialist. Instead of listening to my story and the details of my case, he rambled on about his own credentials and all the success he'd had convincing juries that breathalyzer results weren't accurate. All I wanted was to put the DUI behind me, not drag it out with a trial which I would have to fly in from the other side of the world for. He tried to convince me that going to trial and being found innocent was the only way to stay out of jail. I felt uneasy after speaking with him, and decided to keep looking for lawyers. Based on everything I'd read online, I had a good feeling about Mr. Arzili even before I met with him and when I did, I was confident I'd made the right decision. He was extremely kind, helpful, and made me immediately feel more at ease with the whole situation. He listened to my account of what had happened, explained the different courses of action we could take, and asked me how I wanted to proceed. He explained that because of my high BAC and the fact that I had gotten into an accident, the D.A. would most likely push for 9 months of alcohol classes (the maximum for first-time offenders), in addition to community service. Since I'm out of the country, Mr. Arzili took care of all my court appearances for me, which was a huge relief. I was a little bit worried that, being gone, it would be difficult to get in touch, but every time I called or emailed, he would get back to me within a few hours. Despite my accident and high BAC, I was sentenced to only 3 months of alcohol classes, ten AA meetings, and 3 years of informal probation. I couldn't be more please with Anthony and the results he achieved. From the moment I met with him, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I was able to start moving on with my life. I highly recommend him for anyone going through a similar situation.

Excellent Attorney!

Mr. Arzili is a very knowledgeable, dedicated, and a professional attorney! I didn’t even know how I could ever take the program in U.S. since I moved back to my own country but Mr. Arzili was able to convince the judge to have the DUI requirement erased (until I want to drive in CA again)!! He and h...is assistant always answer to my questions quickly and clearly. I highly recommend him and he knows how to get things done!!
