The facts of my case were such that it wasn't possible to come out of the DMV hearing on top, but I believe it was a close call based solely on his strong, incisive arguments. The prosecutor was seeking enhancements in my case due to my high BAC level that would have cost me significant financial cost, time, and massive inconvenience, but Mr. Arzili worked to have these plead down to the minimum possible. My case is resolved, and I've learned a very hard lesson, but am very thankful I had Mr. Arzili working on my behalf. Mr. Arzili was able to help my son with a case he had pending for vandalism. He was able to get the best possible deal for my son, we thought my son was going to be in jail for 1 yr and that the was going to be charged with violation of probation.
