I was in a desperate need of a good, reliable and trustworthy Attorney. How do you find an Attorney you can trust? I did hours of research and Mr. Arzili's name and positive reviews continued to come up within my search. I took this as a sign and went with my gut. I made the call to his office late a...t night on a Friday and the very next morning Saturday his Secretary returned my call, I went over the details of my husband's case and was very pleased with the price the Attorney was charging to retain his services, a flat fee with the option of a payment plan. With my husband being incarcerated & me being left alone with all the financial burdens and going from a 2 income household to only 1 - this was the perfect solution to our problem. I was almost in tears when Mr. Arzili took his case and was able to work with us on the financial end. Mr. Arzili showed up that very next Tuesday for my husbands court date (short notice) and began to work on his case. My husband was on probation on a previous case & is probation officer conducted a random search on my husbands day off from work & found a pair of nun-chucks that were in the house in a locked cabinet that were my husbands from years prior when he was taking martial arts classes. The Probation officer took him in for this, told my husband he would be out in 10 days as she was certain the Court would NOT file any charges & it turned out to be the total opposite of what we were told the Court did in fact file charges and here was my husband facing a Felony charge for the nun-chucks. I never realized that these were against the law for him to possess since he had them for years & was taking classes and had I known this they would never have been in my house. My husband was facing 8 years due to a previous Strike from when he was only 18 years old. In the end Mr. Arzili was able to get us the least possible sentence and had my husbands strike stricken with a 365 day county jail sentence with 6 months credit. It was finally an end to this nightmare and Mr. Arzili did a fantastic job! He definitely worked at this case very hard & felt for our situation. Mr. Arzili is a genuine person with a good heart. He is very honest and reliable. He never once gave us misleading or made promises of the outcome but he was straight forward, positive & very optimistic. So I was coming home from a friend's house party and was caught at a random check point at 11pm ish. I had already stopped drinking about 2 hours before. I wanted to head home because I didn't want to stay any longer at my friends place. When I was stopped, the officer flashed his light and asked me ...the regular questions "Where were you? Did you drink?" And I told the truth but I had said that it was earlier. But none the less he asked me to drive to a parking lot where I did the test and blew into a breath analyzer. Review on service for First-time DUI LA County - City of Long Beach I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Anthony Arzili and his assistant, Alicia, during the very unfortunate circumstance I found myself in earlier this year in May. I had the added challenge of having refused the Breathalyz...er test at the time of my arrest and therefore submitted to a blood test. A blood test, that leaves you facing an impending court date with not even knowing the results of your blood test by the time of our first court date. This left me vary concerned and the night of my release, I began searching for the best lawyer to take my very unique case. Having researched as much as I could, I found that I really wanted to find a lawyer that was specific to the LA County and knew that special system and the people that worked in it. I was able to meet with three lawyers the next day and Anthony was one of them. Anthony and Alicia were very welcoming and accommodating to my schedule to see me. This was different from the other two lawyers that I had met with. During my meet with Anthony, he was very straightforward and did not make any promises. This was something that I was expecting and only got from him. It is hard to make promises without knowing the BAC one has at the time of arrest. I decided that after reviewing all of the potential outcomes of the situation, the many questions that I had about every part of the process (first court date, working with the DA, the DMV hearing, getting my license back after the verdict) and the costs associated with obtaining his counsel, Anthony was the prime choice for me.
