Anthony was very professional and was able to reduce my felonies to misdemeanors then have them expunged. We had a judge we thought would automatically deny our motion. He stalled for another court date so he could switch judges. On the follow up court date he was able to befriend the DA and get him... on our side. Once he got the DA to side with us and willing to agree to the expungement he quickly rescinded his motion to go to another judge. This appeared to be a good chance to get our motions granted. He was able to see the big picture, read the opportunity and seize it. He always responded to emails and questions whenever I had them and maintained contact throughout the process. As a side note, after the case and everything was done I asked about getting paperwork to show proof I was cleared and he happened to be going to the courthouse and picked up the paperwork for me. He then emailed it to me so I could print it out. This saved me from having to go through paying for a live scan or going to the court myself to deal with the clerk. February 5, 2015 was the worst day of my life. I was arrested and accused of selling prescription RX pads to unlicensed doctors labeling me a drug dealer. I was facing certain jail time. I was an authorized printer for medical prescription pads and solely dealt with licensed doctors. When we met w/Mr. Arzili, his review and concern over our case was truly sincere, he was not overly zealous with his retaining fee, it was quite reasonable. He dedicated himself to doing his very best, both at our trial, appeal and motion for resentencing. He was prepared to file a motion at our jury... trial, on the day of verdict, and it was overturned and granted by the Judge on the same day! Again, he represented our case for resentencing, and appeared as many times as required, due to rescheduling by the court, without additional costs to us. Who does that? - not any attorneys I have ever known, they usually give up and only move forward if there is more money to be made. Anthony Arzili is very Good at was he does he's very efficient he always kept me informed before and after court.He would answer all my question with knowledge.He was always on point ..He was able to get my sentence reduce to the minimum of 4 days which is the minimum by law on a 2nd offense d.u.i... he also reduced my fine to 1st offense which I added to my 4 day jail sentence which I didn't even spend a day In.Anthony Arzili is worth every penny!
