Mr. Arzili's experience with DA's, judges and jurors resulted in my not-guilty verdict

Mr. Arzili's knowledge and experience was invaluable in dealing with multiple district attorneys. Mr. Arzili kept me informed during negotiations and prepared me for trial. The result of his dedication was a not guilty verdict with my domestic violence criminal case.

First time DUI with unknown BAC at time of hire

Review on service for First-time DUI LA County - City of Long Beach I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Anthony Arzili and his assistant, Alicia, during the very unfortunate circumstance I found myself in earlier this year in May. I had the added challenge of having refused the Breathalyz...er test at the time of my arrest and therefore submitted to a blood test. A blood test, that leaves you facing an impending court date with not even knowing the results of your blood test by the time of our first court date. This left me vary concerned and the night of my release, I began searching for the best lawyer to take my very unique case. Having researched as much as I could, I found that I really wanted to find a lawyer that was specific to the LA County and knew that special system and the people that worked in it. I was able to meet with three lawyers the next day and Anthony was one of them. Anthony and Alicia were very welcoming and accommodating to my schedule to see me. This was different from the other two lawyers that I had met with. During my meet with Anthony, he was very straightforward and did not make any promises. This was something that I was expecting and only got from him. It is hard to make promises without knowing the BAC one has at the time of arrest. I decided that after reviewing all of the potential outcomes of the situation, the many questions that I had about every part of the process (first court date, working with the DA, the DMV hearing, getting my license back after the verdict) and the costs associated with obtaining his counsel, Anthony was the prime choice for me. From keeping me updated on his progress with working with the DA, to making payments arrangements with Alicia and exchanging questions, Anthony was informative, details and responsiveness. I had never had to seek the counsel of a legal service provider before, so I was unsure on what to expect in terms of communication from them. I know that I was experiencing a lot of anxiety and I will be honest in that my expectation was to getting updates everyday, but in reality, those expectations are unrealistic. I had even expressed to Anthony that my anxiety was high and he had very sympathetic words and always kept things straightforward. Having a lawyer like this helped me keep my feet on the ground and my mind in order. Which I am sure that many in this situation, can relate to experiencing. Looking back on the experience with Anthony, I see that I got more than what I asked for. On our last day to meet, the final court date, Anthony showed up on time and really helped to take the reigns in the courtroom. He was calm and his demeanor really helped me stay positive and keep my nerves down. He assured me that he would be there to make the next appearance to show I was doing what the court asked, so that I did not have to miss work. This was very helpful. I intend to keep Anthony a part of this case to help me see it expunged from my record for good, in due time. If you want a lawyer that is going to keep it real, know the answers to literally ALL of your questions (I had a million, I promise you), and have a great support team like Alicia (it is just Anthony and Alicia that work for you!), then I definitely recommend Anthony. You get personal service and will be employing someone who knows the LA County system like nobody else could. He is a great person and helped me tremendously through this tough time in my life. Good luck to you out there reading this, you are good hands if you choose Anthony!

Excellent, Knowledgeable, Well-Experienced Defense Attorney Committed to His Clients

I’ve never had to hire a defense attorney before and I’m glad I hired Anthony. He and his paralegal, Alicia are a dedicated team helping to defend innocent victims from a confusing and unforgiving legal system. Anthony’s knowledge of the law, years of experience working as a defense attorney, and r...elationships he has forged with other attorneys and the DA’s Office made him the obvious choice to represent my case. Anthony’s style is upfront and honest. He doesn’t sugar coat the issue and explains to you all of the pros and cons of the case before you make any decision. I really appreciated both his and Alicia’s promptness in replying to all emails and Anthony’s legal advice in answering all of my questions. His dedication to the well-being and positive results for his clients is admiring. While the DA was a little harder on our case, Anthony worked out the best deal he was able to negotiate through his contacts in the DA’s Office and we were eventually able to expunge the record which Anthony and Alicia also handled with utmost expediency and care. I appreciate their hard work, diligence, and commitment to their clients. I highly recommend Anthony and Alicia if you are looking to hire a knowledgeable, well-experienced, and honest defense attorney who is really committed to your case and ensuring only the most positive outcome for you and your family.

2nd DUI nightmare!

No one ever dreams of trying to find an attorney to represent you one day. Unfortunately that was the case with me. Facing my 2nd DUI, and it was a pretty bad case. I was facing serious jail time, fines and tons of worries at that. I started looking for someone to represent me ASAP. I called 2 lawyer...s before Anthony. One was a "DUI specialist" and a well known attorney. But something didn't sit right with me. I got an over the phone consultation and it was rediculous!!! Charging me for everything they could, probably even for their lunch! Than I decided to call a second attorney that was referred to me by my boyfriend. He seemed like a nice man, but it was a run around to get in contact with him. And when I went in to get a consultation he really didn't put me at ease. I know attorneys have to say it like it is but he really didn't give me any hope! Just a bit too frank and semi-negative. Than I finally came across Anthony's website. I got a phone call from Anthony's paralegal, Alicia ASAP. I walked in to my consultation appointment not knowing what to expect. After I left the consultation,I felt secure that I found my attorney. After leaving Anthony's office I felt knowledgeable, at ease and he doesn't pass any judgment at all! Very professional, polite and a funny man! I also love the fact that his office is by my apartment. I could just walk there! Anthony and Alica are amazing people! No question is silly and they are practically available 24/7 to answer any questions and concerns. From 2 months in jail to 96 hours (which I only did 1 day) and my fees getting reduced to a 1st DUi offenders fine of 390. I can honestly say I am pleased. Thanks Anthony and Alica!

Mr. Arzili is an Excellent and Trustworthy Attorney. Highly Recommend.

A few months ago I was arrested for a second DUI within ten years (third total) and refusal to submit to a breathalyzer. To make matters worse a warrant had resurfaced from ten years back for driving without a license. I contacted my previous lawyer and he said I would do three to six months in count...y jail on each of the charges. This lawyer was obviously not willing to fight for me in court but I retained him anyway in a panic feeling like I had no other option. A week later a family member was researching online for a second opinion and thankfully contacted Alicia at the Law Offices of Anthony Arzili. We met with Mr. Arzili and he assured me that everything would work out and he would do all that he could to keep me out of county jail. Leaving his office that day I felt the first peace of mind since being arrested. Mr. Arzili then drafted a letter to my previous attorney letting him know that he was taking over the case and his services were longer needed. Anthony appeared in court for me on the driving without a license warrant a successfully managed to drop the misdemeanor to an infraction only having to pay a minimal fine. Over the next months he appeared in court for me numerous times to see if he could work out a deal with the prosecution. This Monday I appeared court and Mr. Arzili was able to get the breathalyzer refusal dropped as well as a charge for high blood alcohol content of .15 or more. He was able to get a plea on my DUI charge from 90 days in county jail to 10 days in any jail and the judge agreed that I could do the 10 days in a Trusty Program where I wouldn’t have to stay in jail overnight. I will forever be grateful to Mr. Arzili. You will not find more professional and better people in their field than Anthony and Alicia. They were always honest and excellent in keeping me informed throughout the different stages of my case. I couldn’t imagine a better result and I highly recommend contacting the Law Offices of Anthony Arzili to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation such as mine. Mr. Arzili is a great attorney and very well respected in the Southern California court rooms and DMV offices. I cannot thank him enough for helping me throughout what surely has been the most difficult period of my life.
