In the fall of last year, (2009) I was unfortunately involved in a serious automobile accident where two vehicles were totaled and a third with severe damages. Fortunately no one was seriously injured. Alcohol and drugs were in my system at the time of the accident and I was facing DUI charges. Wel...l, my case just finished and the final result was a wreck-less driving involving alcohol, NOT a DUI. As crazy as it may seem, it took only a minute or two of talking to him that I just knew that it was Mr. Arzili I wanted to have as my attorney. I was being charged with petty theft with a prior which luckily got placed as a misdemeanor but easily could have been a felony right away. However, regardl...ess of that, there was still a big chance I could've been given jail time because of the prior conviction on my record. Mr. Arzili was an outstanding lawyer! From my first meeting with him, I began to feel at ease. It being my 2nd DUI I was very scared and worried about having to go to Jail.
