Outstanding and Genuine Attorney

As I write this review, the storm has passed and Anthony Arzili helped navigate me to safety after one of the most difficult times of my life. Everything in my life was going well and from one moment to the next, I was staring down a felony as I was involved in a domestic violence case. I do not even... believe that I made it, but only positive things have occurred as soon as I retained Mr. Arzili. I spoke to 2 attorneys before speaking to Mr. Arzili, and to be fair, they were very competent, knowledgeable, and painted a logical roadmap of things to expect. While they were experienced in this area of law, I was not fully confident that they were the best fit for my case. After just one phone call with Mr. Arzili, I sensed a quiet confidence about him, coupled with a highly experienced track record. I just knew in my heart that this was the man I wanted in my corner when the going got tough. Once I met him in person, I decided to retain his services that day and he immediately began the legal process. He began to establish communication with the prosecuting DA in an effort to prevent my case from formally being filed as a felony. He and his paralegal, Alicia Walters, moved quickly and through their proactive actions early in the process, I found out about a week later my case was going to be moved down to the city prosecutors to be filed as a possible misdemeanor charge. It was the first sign of good news and my situation was beginning to unfold as Mr. Arzili envisioned. From this point on, Mr. Arzili said he would not stop until he achieved a positive outcome. I was scared about the possibility of jail time and while he made no promises, he simply said he would not let it get to that. His confidence meant everything and gave me the hope to remain strong. Based on the circumstances, we both felt that the best course of action was to work to release the grip the prosecutors had on me and I knew he was building a strong defense to achieve that. When it came down to this pivotal point in negotiations, I knew in my mind that I had retained him for this very moment, it was his time to go to work and come out victorious. While it was scary what the prosecutors were trying to pursue (jail time among other terms), Mr. Arzili assured me that if not early on, he would extend the pre-trials until he wore them down and got to a point where the terms were much more favorable. Again, I knew he had the right balance between tactfulness and confidence, and he continued to assure me that everything was going to be okay. The day before my second court appearance, he gave me the news that his counter offer was accepted. Just like that, 60 days of being in the middle of a storm had finally passed and we were out. I know he had other cases, but I never felt like my case wasn’t given the utmost attention and focus. Whether over the phone, email, or in person, he always made himself available and his confidence never wavered. I would without a doubt recommend his services to anyone going through a similar situation. While the case has finally been resolved with no jail time and my expectations being surpassed, he assured me that he was still there for me if I had any questions and would be able to help me with the expungement process down the line. I mean it when I say he is with you every step of the way and genuinely cares about your well-being during this very difficult time in your life. God Bless

My confidence never wavered!

I had made some very poor choices in my past (DUI and commercial burglary) and after running from the inevitable consequences for what seemed like an eternity, I finally made the decision to confront my troubles. Although a DUI is always a serious matter (my second offense) the commercial burglary ch...arge was far more pressing, as I had been charged with a felony. I have a prior prison record, and although I had recently cleaned my life up, I knew I was looking at more time in state prison. At least three years! I was scared and stressed out. I had just gotten my life together and now my past had caught up with me. It felt like the world was closing in on me. I had seen Anthony's web site and read the great reviews by former clients. I decided to consult with Anthony, I can say with all honesty and confidence that I was NOT disappointed. Anthony and his assistant, Alicia Walters, kept me in the loop at all times on the status of my case in a clear, prompt and honest manner. No sugar coating or empty promises with Anthony, I was told exactly what I could reasonably expect without complicated and confusing "Legal-speak". And above all, Anthony showed real concern and compassion. With Mr. Arzili, I didn't get the sense that the the bottom line was "My Money". Long story short? My case was resolved today, and the outcome was better than I could have dreamed! My past indiscretions are now behind me. I feel like I can now move on with my life. I'm on my way to having my drivers license back. And that three or four years of prison time I was looking at? Anthony turned that into a $150.00 fine and 36 months of summary probation. It's a miracle and a blessing and I couldn't be happier with the results! I would never wish, on anyone, the trouble I was in. But if you are, then you should call Anthony Arzili. Would I recommend him? In a heartbeat!

The right choice

It is always hard to put your trust in another because you hope you made the right choice especially when choosing a lawyer. Mr. Arzili was honest and was available to anserw any questions or concerns we had. The truth is Mr. Arzili was able communicate with the judge and others to get my brother ...the best possible outcome . It was a tough case and due to my brothers criminal past , Mr Arzili saved my brother from going to prison for 6-10 years to 3 1/2 years.

Driving on a suspended license

I was stopped while driving on a suspended license that had resulted from a DUI. I was at a loss on what to do to address the legal issues confronting me. I contacted Anthony Arizili to help me through the legal proceedings ahead of me. Anthony was upfront about what was needed from me and confide...nt that he could help me with my case. He immediately got to work with the case proceedings and kept me informed throughout the process. Initially, I was simply hoping not to receive the ‘mandatory ‘10 day jail time and instead get a sentence of community service for driving with a suspended license. As a result of his legal skills and developed relationships with the court, I was elated when my charges were negotiated from ‘driving with a suspended license’ to the lowest level misdemeanor charge of ‘driving without a valid license’. Net result – No jail or community service time and no DMV points on my license.
