I initially came across attorney Ruttle on GURU. I contact him for legal drafting - not to represent me but polish up a document I had prepared. He declined. His prerogative, and rightly so. The only issue is that he sent a note declining to represent me - something I did not ask. Slip shod work on h...is part. What you see is what you get, it would not get any better. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone who expects more than inapplicable standard form answers. Young attorney will probably learn after a few encounters such as this one.

My wife and I hired Mr. Ruttle to aid us through the application and approval process for my wife to be granted a green card. Mr. Ruttle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the laundry list of questions that we had regarding the process. My wife was in the US on a TN Visa which was nearing e...xpiration. We needed to move quickly to ensure no interruption of her employment. Mr. Ruttle helped us expedite the process as much as he could. Prior to our interview with the USCIS, Mr. Ruttle asked for a meeting to prepare us for what we could expect at the USCIS interview. Mr. Ruttle was extremely thorough and helped put our minds at ease for the interview. I'm happy to report that our application was received on Aug 13th and my wife received her green card in the mail on Dec 5th. I would most definitely recommend Mr. Ruttle for all your immigration needs.
