My situation ...looked bleak and I was dreading the worst at that point. David took the evaluator's report and asked the evaluator pointed questions which undercut the report's conclusions. David's questioning forced the evaluator to honestly answer questions which defended my position and good parental record, and which undercut her own conclusions. As a result, the evaluator herself openly agreed in my ability to be a good parent and the judge was able to see through the questionability of the evaluators report and rule in my favor, granting me the weekday overnight visitation that I requested.
