Very Positive Experience

In 2009, when I adopted a child, the adoption agency strongly recommended that I have a will for the child's well-being in case something happened to me. I went to Sibylle Grebe with virtually no understanding of what was involved and she guided me through the entire process. We produced a Will, a ...Trust, a Guardianship Directive, an Advanced Health Care Directive and a Durable Power of Attorney. For a lay person, this could have been an overwhelming experience but Ms. Grebe did an outstanding job of explaining each item in a straight forward manner so that I felt comfortable making important decisions along the way. Now, almost 10 years have passed and much has changed including the fact that my son is largely grown up. I went back to Ms. Grebe to have my documents updated and once again, I was struck by the fact that she was able to make the entire process manageable for me. Wills, Trusts, Advanced Health Care Directives -- these are complex documents. If you are not an attorney and not familiar with such things, you want somebody who can speak plain English to you so that you understand the implications and can make the right decisions for yourself. I am impressed with Sibylle's skill at this task.

Completely satisfied

Ms. Grebe addressed all my concerns in a professional, understanding, and caring manner. The result of the documents Ms. Grebe prepared for me, including a living trust (which directs the care of my pets should I become incapable or die), power of attorney, and medical directive, is that I am comfort...able with, and have no fear of, the ramifications of aging. Thank you, Sibylle!!

Excellent Estate Planning Attorney
