Probate Case

I contracted Attorney Grebe to handle a probate case. The probate appeared to be simplistic in the beginning but ultimately was more involved than I could have ever imagined. In addition to a very difficult home sale, we were faced with 5 unknown supposed family members claiming a share of the estate.... Attorney Grebe and her phenominal staff provide guidance and reassurance though the entire 19 months. Attorney Grebe was able to recommend a Real Estate agent that was not only aggressive in the marketing of the property but was also very well versed in the probate process. The agent dealt with multiple issues from the home owners association along side Attorney Grebe's staff. Ultimately wearing down the home owners association and making way for a successful sale. As the probate appeared to be coming to an end, we received notice of potential heirs that our family had no knowledge of. Attorney Grebe's staff of Attorneys and Paralegals were superior in the methods they used to relay the information to me as well as building case history and supporting documents to ensure a positive outcome. Although we were faced with a Judge who had continued our case 2 times to allow the potential heirs opportunity to claim part of the estate, Attorney Grebe's staff prevailed and squashed both the assumption of the probate court and the Judge. The Judge ultimately found in favor of our family. Whether you are looking to pre-plan your estate needs or deal with a family probate, I would recommend Attorney Grebe and her staff with confidence!

Revocable Living Trust and Estate Planning

Our experience with Ms. Sibylle and Staff was extremely satisfying. All details and questions pertaining to our Trust and Estate planning were explained in understandable terms. We came away knowing that our Trust and Estate documents are now in proper legal form. We experienced a very courteous a...nd friendly treatment from Ms Grebe and her Staff. Probate

I heard horrible stories about Probate Attorney's, and Lawyer's in general and of course I was terrified. I work with attorney's. When I contacted her office she spoke with me and assured me as difficult as it will be there is a out come, she sent me a resume of her qualifications I read them and w...as so impressed I said "Could I be this lucky?" I was treated with the utmost respect, and I was in awe. Everything was explained clearly, I was given every opportunity to make all the decisions and if I had questions all I had to do was call. Her staff was as efficient as she was. I have nothing but praise for the way my case was handled. I cannot tell you how each time we were in court, as I was explained I didn't have to appear, that's what they were there for, I appeared that it was quick, all documents submitted on time, and we were done and out. She is smooth, quick and knows her stuff. I felt so comfortable, although it was a process it was short, I've been told by others that have had this experience "Watch Out" for these sharks. So it took me along time to respond because I didn't feel I had enough good things to say about her, her staff and my experience. I have referred someone in my family and I will always refer her. She is a Very Classy Lady.

Sibylle & Staff Came to Our Rescue

At a very difficult time, my husband and I had to make very important legal decisions about my mother's medical care and placement when I was diagnosed with cancer. Conover & Grebe were there for us every step of the way. They helped us locate a highly qualified professional to replace me as her co...nservator, enabling us to focus on my treatment and healing. Without them, we never would have found the amazing man who is now looking out for my mother's best interest. It was not easy to let go and allow someone else to be legally responsible for her, but now that the process has been completed, I am able to relax, knowing that we found the right person for the job. If there are additional issues in the future, we are confident that Conover & Grebe will be there for us again!

An excellent attorney!

Sibylle Grebe helped me establish a conservatorship for a friend who was very ill and had no family on the West Coast. I called her in desperation, asking if she could help me advocate for my friend in her health needs. Sibylle listened patiently and said words of comfort "Yes, we can help you help h...er." She explained things so clearly and in plain language I could understand. With the help of my friend's sister, we established a conservatorship so we were able to find a beautiful home for my friend and I was able to help coordinate her medical appointments and transportation. My friend's health improved significantly so that she was able to enjoy outings for breakfast and pizza dinners with friends. Sibylle and her caring staff helped me in court proceedings so I didn't feel alone or overwhelmed. After my friend passed, they continued to assist with advice on disposition of assets, among other things. I had previously contacted two other law firms and was told my request was "next to impossible" and that they could not help me. Imagine my relief to finally get the help I wanted and my friend needed when I contacted Conover and Grebe! I am so very pleased with their knowledge of the law, court proceedings, advocacy for others, and with their kind and caring attitudes.
