I am so disappointed by this firm. The person that I was dealing with is a legal aid not even an attorney failed to explain to me many things including to keep making payments on my car and it was repossessed he said he was going to get in touch with the creditor to lower the principal and interest a...nd never did. I won’t recommend this firm to anyone at all
