About me

Mr. Rager is committed to holding entities accountable for their actions. By doing so, it discourages future bad actions, resulting in further litigation, and burdening society as a whole. Mr. Rager’s trial record against the largest corporations and insurance companies speaks for itself. His last 7-figure trial verdict was in 2015. In the last two decades. he has achieved several multimillion dollar verdicts.

By way of further background, Mr. Rager was a former extern for the District Attorney’s Office, and was involved in the prosecution of the Menendez brothers for the murder of their parents. His client list is extensive, and former clients include Sheriff Lee Baca, whom Mr. Rager personally represented in a dispute with his employer over his retirement benefits.
