About me

I am passionate about the practice of criminal law, because I take great personal satisfaction in serving people who face the full weight of the state’s criminal justice system, and getting them through what is undoubtedly the most difficult and trying time of their lives!

I must admit, I do receive great pleasure helping people favorably resolve their legal difficulties. By reading my firm’s website, you will see that I view the criminal laws in California as having become exceedingly strict, with convictions for misdemeanor and felony crimes carrying excessively harsh penalties and punishments.

I have the experience, knowledge and skills necessary to develop a successful case strategy. I will fight to achieve the best possible outcome for you and your case.

It is my belief that my clients don't care about abstract legal concepts, such as “justice.” They want the absolute least amount of criminal liability. They want their freedom. They want a lawyer who will work hard and will end up with the best-prepared case. They want to win.

Objectives and Mission
To develop a highly successful criminal law practice into a firm that shares my deeply held belief, that: excellence should not merely be pursued but achieved and maintained; that will leverage experience, knowledge, and skill to obtaining outstanding results for our clients.
