I knew I needed a Living Trust so I attended the Collins Law Group’s seminar on Wills and Trusts. This was a new experience for me which highlighted the fact that I needed a trust to avoid probate costs. I’ve seen families in my church go through the painful probate process. We met Attorney Collins years back through the real estate board. She later conducted a seminar in our home for the people in our neighborhood. We will admit that we were so grateful for her gesture in spreading the importance of planning and getting a living trust but at that time, we were not ready... to go forward.
