Motorcycle accident? Go with Scott!

I was lucky enough to find Scott after my motorcycle accident. I used a different law firm on my last accident. It was a night and day experience. Scott was very direct and clear. I was always able to reach out and get a quick response, and was always making sure to stay in touch every step of the wa...y. My last accident took over 2 years to settle, Scott only took 5 months and this accident was far more complicated than my last. Will definitely go with Scott in the future, and recommend to friends and anyone I come across that needs a lawyer for an accident!

Scott: Efficient, Empathetic, and Knowledgeable

I got injured in a car crash less than a month ago in January 2020, a car smashed me while I was walking the crosswalk. Concussion, ambulance, trauma, the whole bit. After I was conscious enough to put thoughts together and was back at work, I found Scott on a Thursday. I met with him the next day on... that Friday to go over what happened. The next following Friday, the case settled with the insurance company and my check was on its way. 1 week - Scott definitely works fast and efficient. He respected my schedule and was not pushy at all, very nice, and always replied promptly to my emails. His office staff are really nice and, them knowing I was in a personal injury, treated me with care and were completely empathetic to my health situation. On the legal end, Scott knew everything from A to Z to get me the best settlement. He knew exactly what he was doing and how to go about it. Of course you would have to do the leg work on securing the documents that he requires to build your case for the insurance company, but that's nothing really - the work and experience he has is great and worth it on your end. 10/10 would recommend Scott to friends

Great Job!

Scott did a great job helping me deal with insurance adjusters. I really don't think I would have been offered a fair settlement without his assistance. Hopefully I won't have to go through the process again but if I do I'd certainly call him again.

Some Talk About Results... Scott Walks the Walk

It's never a positive milestone in your life when you find yourself searching for legal representation. In my case, I was riding my bike and got hit by a car which left me in need of considerable medical attention. Fortunately, my wife had worked with Scott in the past and stated that he was simply t...he best. After our first interaction I could certainly verify my wife's testimony. Scott is a no BS kind of guy. He is extremely direct, punctual, articulate and goal oriented. If you are searching for an attorney that is going to give you a back massage, go elsewhere. I came to Scott for results and that is exactly what he delivered. I have 100% confidence that I would not be walking away with this same level of physical and financial health had I not retained Scott. One additional note. In spite of his direct communication methods, I like to think we broke the ice a bit. Scott may seem cut-and-dry at times but you can be certain he truly cares about your well-being and achieving you the best possible result. 100% satisfied. Best Attorney and Law Group

A few months back, late summer 2019, I was involved in an auto collision where a vehicle ran a red light and hit my vehicle on the driver side. The accident happened so fast and I was hurt by the impact. I was helped by Scott and his team at SJC Law through the process of dealing with insurance compa...nies, doctors and everything else involved after the accident. I first found Scott and SJC Law online when I needed help understanding what steps to take while dealing with a different vehicle-collision accident that happened a couple of years ago. In that accident my vehicle was hit from the back in a rear end auto collision on the highway. Scott, Julie and Taylor at SJC law saved me through their professional law services. My body is healed thanks to the doctors and medical staff Scott and SJC recommended for me.
