I am genuinely surprised by the first post. I thought Kate was professional and knowledgeable. She went through my contract and explained everything paragraph by paragraph. She gave a great review of the contract and I was very pleased with my representation. She is a very ethical person and is well educated. I am very grateful to have found someone so well versed in this field.

Kate helped me during my ART case and was absolutely amazing! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she truly looks out for the best interests of all parties involved, most especially the future child(ren). As I have learned, there are a lot of somewhat "grey" areas in the world of fertility law, but Kate skillfully and professionally navigated me through the waters during a very important and emotional time. She was always extremely courteous and very prompt at returning all of my communications and I felt that she showed a true concern for not only me and my husband, but our donor as well. As previously mentioned, she also kept my future child(ren) in the forefront of her mind. Her integrity and ethics are beyond reproach and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an ART attorney.

We had a fantastic experience with Kate. We are recipient parents and Kate handled our altruistic known ovum donation contract. In our experience, Kate upholds the highest ethical standards and watched out for our best interests. She went above and beyond her duties and was very empathetic, caring and personal throughout this emotional journey. She always contacted us immediately and was prompt with changes. She is very well spoken, educated and sharp. She spent countless hours discussing the unusual circumstances in our contract until all parties were comfortable. Kate was very understanding about the delicate balance a contract among close family members requires. Not only did we get the job done with Kate but we also uncovered some important points that none of us (recipient, donor or donor's husband) had thought of previously . These were essential not only legally but also emotionally as we moved forward with a family donor. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kate. I would recommend her to anyone going through a 3rd party ART cycle.
