I should have known from the beginning when he didn't show up at all to our meeting and then called me several hours later. His office is in the back of a "plant" nursery. He didn't return any of my calls. After two months I had to show up to his office. I asked for my money back and he promised... that he would prove himself to me if I gave him another chance. Again, after I had already paid mind you, he only returned my calls by texting me and he wanted to charge me additionally for what I already paid. He was not knowledgeable in my real estate matter because he kept having to "call other lawyers or check into it" on everything. He wasted my money and much more my valuable time.
