I was told that my entire file and remaining retainer check was ready to be picked up. When I got there I was told there was no check. I informed them that I was not leaving with out it and waited for an extended period of time until the check was presented to me. I was billed thousands of dollars... for an associate's work that was incomplete. The file that I picked up was not complete and was missing electronic documents important to my case.
