Best Wrongful Termination Lawyer

Mr. Shirazi has to be the best lawyer I have ever met. For the past year and a half he has been fighting my former employer, tooth and nail. He has had to see a judge numerous time to force my former employer to hand over documents and recordings and even to get them to attend their depositions which... they kept canceling the night before. Despite all the trouble he had to go through with my case, he was patient with me and made sure I felt safe through the entire process. Even when I was scared to see my former supervisor because that person had harrasses me so much, Mr. Shirazi calmly assured me everything would be ok. He even resolved my case before I had to have my deposition. And during the depositions of my former employer, Mr. Shirazi caught every little discrepancy and every little contradiction. During mediation, he was on his toes for 10 hours straight countering every single claim my former employer tried to make. By the end of the 10 hours Mr. Shirazi resolved my case and made sure I never have to worry about my former employer again. I could have ended up in an uncomfortable deposition and an emotional week long arbitration. Honestly, I would have walked away a long time ago if it wasn't for Mr. Shirazi. Sometimes we are fortunate enough to meet people that have the ability and the heart to change our lives for the better. Mr. Shirazi is one of those rare life changers that truly cares about his clients. I realize this review can never be enough of a thank you for what he accomplished with my case, so I hope my eternal gratitude will suffice.

An Excellent Attorney - Highly Recommended

Emanuel Shirazi is excellent and handled my case expertly and successfully. Emanuel believed in me and my case from the beginning, and his faith and diligence never wavered, even while he was working on other cases. He is accessible, transparent, and patient - Emanuel fought tirelessly on my behal...f. Emanuel walked me through every step of the process and always asked, welcomed, included and expected my input. This was especially empowering and healing for me because when I first came to him, I felt depleted, vulnerable and violated as a result of what happened to me. Emanuel has renewed my faith in telling the truth, reaching to others for support, doing the right thing, and our justice system. I am forever grateful for Emanuel's efforts.

Public agency employment las

Emanuel Shirazi represented me as a defendant with a local government agency on a wrongful termination and discrimination case. He was thorough, very professional and kept me fully informed on the case management activities. He also did an excellant job of reviewing the plaintiffs complaints and oth...er court filings, depositions, and responding to discovery requests. He was successful in getting me dismissed from the case.
