Brian was referred to me by a close friend. He is not your typical attorney. He is friendly, caring and most importantly, sincere. His demeanor is calm and collected which makes him very easy to talk to. He handled my case completely from the very first time I spoke with him. I never stressed ov...er any of the medical bills, repair bills or legal issues. I was involved in an auto accident were a young girl ran a red light hitting my Mercedes broadside on the drivers side. The entire side of my vehicle was destroyed. The paramedics had to remove me from my car and transport me to the hospital. I sustained chest, hand and shoulder injuries. My injuries were not life threatening but the therapy to recover the use of my hand was. My vehicle repairs were challenged by the insurance company constantly. I never had to deal with them personally. My total repair bill was over 35 thousand dollars. Brian fought to keep them for totaling my car and made sure it was in a good body shop for the repairs. After my vehicle was returned to me, I found additional damage that the estimator and repair shop missed. Again, Brian took care of all these additional charges. These amounted to about 8,000. not in the original repairs. Mr. Nelson’s office handled all of the billing issues with the insurance companies, hospital, doctors and therapists.
