I was in a bad situation and needed an attorney. After calling and speaking to several, I decided to retain Mr. Goldfarb since he did not discuss cost or tell me the extreme scenarios to strike fear in the possible outcome. Mr.Goldfarb listened to what was said then afterward, spoke to me about the cost, my options and what he would do if I retained his service. I was happy to find out that he delivered on everything he said!

He overbooks cases and will put you on the back burner. He will steer you in the easiest direction for him, he doesn't fight cases anymore, he steers you to a guilty plea so it's super easy for him. If you try to put pressure on him to wrap up a case he makes excuses of being busy with other clients . He screwed me over and delayed my case 3 whole years! Avoid this guy at all costs! I had to pay more money to another attorney to truly get me out of trouble. This guy left me in the hands of the system.

Mr Goldfarb was very effective in resolving and dismissing the case within 8 months after date of arraignment. Throughout the period of tribulation, he was very supportive and informative. He was also able to keep the case from going to court. I heartily recommend Mr Goldfarb to anyone needing a good criminal defense attorney.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Stuart Goldfarb a couple years ago. I found him to be a highly knowledgeable man that took great pains to keep his client and his client's family abreast of all case developments. He was highly effective with both the District Attorney and the Judge. Stuart Goldfarb is a great attorney.
