In my particular situation, I was arrested 8 years ago for misdemeanor domestic violence in a situation with my girl friend then, wife of 6 years now. The case was dismissed then due to falsified statements compared to the eviden...ce. However, the arrest has been on my record for almost 8 years. I contacted Nathan regarding submitting a 851.8 which is a motion for factual innocence and if granted the arrest record will be sealed and destroyed. My court date was on June 1, 2018. I hired nathan to terminate a criminal protective order that was issued. I kept trying to make it happen myself by talking to the district attorney but she would never answer.
