There are many ways to do this. The easiest is not the least expensive. Since you are out of state you can't just do it yourself as if you were here. So the easiest and fastest is to hire a lawyer to get it for you.See question
Brother in custody after 2nd offense DUI. First offense in 5/2014, and currently on probation. What are the next steps to take?
Getting an attorney as soon as possible is the best idea. A good attorney can help him get out of custody, fight to save his license and get the best outcome in court. You should consider helping him out by getting the process of hiring an attorney. Good luck!See question

Your attorney should be able to answer this best. Every case can be different. Usually the court conviction triggers the DMV IID requirement. Terminating probation will not stop the DMV required IID. The court could as part of a deal or sentence require the IID. Sorry to say but you will likely need to settle in to having an IID on your car. And having the IID is not all bad...See question
Arrested for misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct. Plead guilty to Disturbing the Peace, did community service and it was dismissed.
This really needs to be a question for a licensing attorney. Not only that but you need to be represented by a licensing attorney... right away. Dealing with the nursing board is not like dealing with the criminal courts and they can look at different factors. You don't want to make any admissions AND you DON'T want to appear to cover-up a crime or conviction. Concealing what happened my cause you much more harm then you think. However, do not go and self report anything. Your attorney should be guiding you though the process. Get help. An ounce of prevention is better then a pound of cure.See question

You are going to have to meet with a few attorneys to find the right fit for you. This is very serious and you need to use AVVO to help narrow the search for the right attorney. Experience, training and skill are all going to be a factor. And yes, the DUI may be able to be reduced but you will need to fight.See question

moved out of state and applying for nursing license. Never went to court and don't know if charges were filed. Nursing board requesting the police report.
Finding the police report should not be your first question. The first question should be is there a warrant out for your arrest! You should hire an attorney to first find out if charges were filed and if there is a warrant out. If yes, then the attorney can help get the warrant recalled and start defending your case. Your attorney will be able to get the report as part of defending the case. If the attorney finds that no case was filed then they can request a copy of the report and request a certificate of detention showing that you were in fact not arrested.See question

If you were convicted in Los Angeles County in 2012 for a DUI then you will have to get the IID installed. The four years does not change the fact that the DMV will not issue the license without you getting the IID. Sorry. Good luck.See question
