Deborah was an absolute disaster to work with. She was busy on two trials and said as much and apologized when I told her that I could never get a hold of her and she never responded to calls. She charged me $14,000 for one month of horrible work product. She has line items like text message .75 hour...s. She said she was giving me a discounted rate which should’ve been a red flag but then just was merciless on that hourly. More importantly, when she was preparing my response, I would tell her the details, and she would write it up with blatant lies that I could never defend in court. I had to rewrite everything she did. I am in shock. As I was calling around to replace her numerous lawyers had things to say about her that I wish I knew before I hired her. Buyer beware.

Highly recommended! Debra Opri is excellent at any stage in your process .. If you hire her first you have no worries .. Hiring her as your attorney is like having a all time champion in your ring! Ms. Opri can step in anytime and correct or revise a broken case as well and turn it around to your a...dvantage ..or like in my case she can makes miracles happen!

In the beginning of 2014 I married a very high profile athlete. I left my home town of Texas and came to live in my new house in LA. Well in a short period of time things turned for the worse , and I packed it up and headed back to Texas . On my journey home I was frightened to death , what was I goi...ng to do about the media , who would I get for an attorney . If she was in trial her wonderful legal assistant would call and try to resolve what ever I thought was the crisis at the moment . Mrs. Opri called me many times during court recesses to discuss things with me . She grew to know me and knew exactly what I needed and wanted out of my divorce . I walked away a very satisfied client . Even to this day she calls or texts to check on me just to see how I'm doing . We created a bond forever . I'm truly thankful for Mrs. Opri. I would absolutely use her again, and definitely recommend her to anyone who wants a fighter in their corner!
