I am writing this review in response to excellent work done by Mr. Aiemero on my H1B extension case. Recently, USCIS issued NOID in my H1B extension case with below questions and provided 30 days to answer them else they will reject my extension. 1. CHANGE IN NEW OR AMENDED LCAS(SIMEIO) 2. MAINTAIN...ED VALID EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE RELATIONSHIP 3. AVAILABILITY OF SPECIALITY OF OCCUPATION CALIBER WORK AT END CLIENT Needless to say, I was devastated and lost all hope of getting it approved. I scanned through several immigration forums and everywhere people have shared their negative NOID experience. I didn't find even a single instance where somebody has successfully responded to NOID.
