When I travelled to Mexico on cruise, I have I-797 approved until 2020 March but I have Visa on my Passport until October 2018. when you travel out of country with extended I-797 they have to update the I-94 to be in sync with I-797. But it is not what happened. I reached to Aiemero to help me o...n this issue.
