DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM

Representation was poor, inadequate and untimely. Working with this firm caused my daughter to lose her home. She was working with the bank, in an attempt to refinance, to no avail on her own. She hired the Taylor Mortgage firm and they did nothing to help her. She paid them retainers and fees ov...er and over again, only to find out the bank got an order to put the residence in foreclosure status. When she retained the firm she was in arrears of her mortgage only 3 months. Several attorneys were assigned to the case. Every few weeks there was a different attorney handling the case due to the "revolving door" of attorneys who come and go working for this firm. Every time there was a change in attorney, my daughter's case had to be reviewed from the start and time was wasted in taking action. Due to this, a required motion was presented to the court too late and caused the foreclosure motion presented by the bank to take precedence. Calls were not returned in a timely manner and communication was very poor. Mr. Taylor who promises you the world when he recruits you to hire his firm, completely desserts you. We placed numerous calls asking specifically, Mr. Taylor return our calls to no avail. This firm "dropped the ball" and caused my daughter to lose her home and have her world turned upside down. We believe Mr. Taylor knows he and his staff did not handle my daughters's case properly. He made excuse after excuse to explain his failure to serve my daughter appropriately.
