I contacted this firm about a dispute between my insurance company, the other driver's insurance company and the body shop. Our car was in an accident in San Diego where we were not at fault. No bodily injuries thank goodness. The dispute was about rental car reimbursement for my out of pocket expens...es, which still hasn't been settled 100%. Who's at fault here is still not clear yet, but out of 55 days in the body shop I've only been reimbursed 32 days; 10 by my insurance company due to time it took for sending a 3rd party appraiser to the body shop and 22 by the other insurance company in accordance with what they believe the time to repair should be.
