Great, fast, and easy service!

I contacted Hart Levin to have a misdemeanor DUI expunged that I had from a few years ago, which has been my only encounter ever in my life with the law. I knew beforehand that if I were to not have the DUI dismissed that it would likely affect my future employment prospects, so I decided to have it ...expunged. I made the call and was transferred over to Hart by the assistant to answer any questions, my case information was accounted for and taken on their end, I filled out and signed the necessary paperwork, and one month later I received notification from Hart that my DUI was dismissed by the court! I thought it would take months to have my case dismissed based on the research I did prior regarding expungement, but it came to fruition just one month after the initial phone call I made! Pricing was reasonable relative to other firms I researched and I'm grateful for the fact that payment plans were an option. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation as I was in, and if you think you wont have the time, knowledge, or resources required to potentially expunge a case on your own (depending on your circumstances), then I recommend hiring Hart Levin.

Great Experience

The law offices of Hart Levin helped me expunge my criminal record. Don't waste time trying to figure out the process on your own! The attorneys at Hart Levin made the expungement simple and straightforward, and for a very reasonable fee. They took care of everything for me and kept me informed every... step of the way. All I had to do was sign a few papers and they took care of the rest - it's really that easy! I didn't even have to go to court. The process only took a few weeks and now I don't have to worry about my former criminal record affecting my career prospects!

EXCEPTIONAL CRIMINAL ATTORNEY!!

Hart Levin and his staff did an exceptional job representing me, and my case's outcome far exceeded my expectations! I was arrested for a DUI and I was terrified. I had never had any problems with the law before and had no idea what to expect. After researching attorneys' reviews online and seeing H...art's stellar reviews, I decided to call him. From the moment I spoke with Hart, I went from being terrified to feeling a sense of calm. Hart explained the process and answered all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, kind, patient, professional, and persistent. I was accused of refusing to take the BAC test, which would normally result in the DMV taking away my privilege to drive. Hart ordered all of the bodycam videos, studied them, and fought this allegation, resulting in the DMV dismissing it and allowing me to drive...I learned that this is dismissed in less than 1% of the cases. Hart's continued expertise and persistence in my case resulted in my DUI charge being reduced to a "wet reckless" with minimal fines, which was amazing given how strict the Orange County courts are. Hart explained that this can be expunged in one year. I am so thankful to have had Hart Levin in my corner during this time. He was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish and the results of his expertise and persistence far exceeded my expectations.
