CASE DISMISSED

I was wrongly charged with a dui. I was just sitting in a parking lot eating food and my friend asked me to change seats I never drove once. The cops lied and said the car was in reverse. Heart and his team were challenged by the prosecutor but they got the case dismissed !!!They always responded ...to my questions quickly by email and phone.

Heaven Sent Super Lawyer !

I Hired Hart Levin to represent me in DUI case back 2021 ,before I hired Hart Levin I had a different attorney named Matthew Ruff , horrible Lawyer by the way unprofessional and left me hanging in court one day, anyways so I decided to search for a different one and came across Hart Levin so I gave h...im a call and right off the bat he started talking to me in a very professional manner and very understanding to my situation , I felt relieved and secure that my case was going to get handled by people I could trust . I crashed while under the influence , My BAC was almost .19 if I recall correctly, Hart Levin fought in court for me and was able to keep me out of court , with only two days of community service and a 3 month dui program, 3 months only ! That’s a hell of a deal if you ask me and no jail Time. Hart Levin has a great team of professional skilled lawyers and other staff . You can’t go wrong by Hiring Hart Levin and his Legal team . He does payment plans and is very supportive , he goes the extra mile for you ! Attorney Darren King is a phenomenal lawyer as well and I’ve been in court with him and gets lots of respect from the DAs and judges!

Excellent, professional lawyers

Mr. Levin and his team are compassionate and communicative. I feel lucky to have found this firm because they took care of all of the court dates and gave me clear action items to help me stay on top of my case. They were also very willing to work with my financial situation as I had just started a n...ew job and my husband was unemployed. I returned to them recently to have my case expunged. I would recommend them 100% to anyone in need of these services.

Best Attorney in LA!

Mr. Levin is so wonderful! I have worked with him for over a year now in getting my case removed and resolved. He was so efficient and honest. He helped my situation and talked to the other party to convince them not to try to ruin my livelihood over an argument. Even from that moment on, he worked o...n having my case dismissed so it never even went to court. Then we worked on having the case sealed/expunged and he began working on it and three months later everything was confirmed dismissed and sealed from the court. I'm so grateful for everything that Mr. Levin has done for my life and I feel like I got a brand new start. When I had originally called him I was in tears on a Saturday thinking that my life had plummeted completely and a year and a half later I am so grateful that we have crossed paths. He's truly changed my life for the better. Thank you Mr. Levin!!

Miracle worker!!!

Hart Levin is amazing!!!!! It was hard looking for an attorney I could trust when my son was charged with Felony DUI and they wanted a massive bail!!!! He first got him out with no bail. Then appeared many times to get a more appropriate sentence. He fought for justice when the DA was inflexible . Wh...at looked like a slam dunk Felony was reduced to a simple misdemeanor. License saved!!! Small fine. In reality he saved us more than if we used a public defender. My son can stay in a career where driving is mandatory and a Felony would have shut the door on his 4 year apprenticeship. I talked with about 10 attorneys. Had 4 that sounded good but I made the right choice. If you have a legal issue the reviews are true. Thanks to Hart and his whole team.
