We won a complete dismissal!

My family and I are so grateful to the Hart Levin team. Life circumstances placed me in a very scary position that required I have legal representation. It was a God send that I called Hart Levin to help as I did not know what to do next. My case went on for over a year and a half. Priscilla helped w...ith proactive communication. Juan Carlos helped ensure I was able to keep my license and won our DMV case. Jay helped ensure they had what we needed for “discovery”. A very special thank you to Jonathan Rapel who ultimately showed so much care and strategically placed us in a position to win our case. We are receiving a complete dismissal and helped get the best case scenario as an outcome. My life has continued to improve since this all started. This helped give it further runway to grow from the situation that could have really placed an even larger burden on me including professional reputation, financial strain, insurance obstacles, even more time obligations and personal stress. While tough things are bound to happen in our lives, this was an opportunity for me to grow as an individual. Great Service !!!

On 2022 I ran into a guard rail off the 91 freeway. I was under the influence and blew past twice the legal limit. I am a DACA recipient. My job was at risk and thanks to the Hart Levin team, Darin King and Stephanie Barrera, they were able to work out a deal with the D.A and get it reduced to a reck...less driving. I was able to keep my job and continue to support my family. Their service was amazing and communication was great! I would highly recommend them. Thank you again !

The best at what they do

These guys are truly the best. They advocated tirelessly for me and secured me an outcome that was truly exceptional. If you are looking for an attorney to deal with your DUi and related criminal matters look no further. Hart Levin and his team are worth every penny and, and i can honestly say now th...at this is all behind me, that hiring them was the best decision I made and the best money i spent. Excellent service!

Hart and his team were great! They communicated clearly, were very effective in helping me resolve my case in my favor, and did it all for a very fair price. I was very apprehensive, and they were great at helping me understand what to expect along the way. I'd absolutely go to them again for any fut...ure help (knock on wood I don't need to though)!

Professional and winning personality

I turned to Attorney Hart after disappointment with another attorney. With great professionalism and positive attitude he and colleagues were able to win the case by getting it dismissed pre-trial.
