Excellent Attorney

I'm a fellow attorney that normally handles civil matters. So, when I was confronted with a criminal matter, I needed advice from an attorney that was well versed in criminal law and the criminal court system. I ended up enlisting Mr. Levin's help over the course of several weeks. He was incredibl...y knowledgeable and informative, and responded to my inquiries professionally, timely and thoroughly. He knew the law, and how to help my client achieve the best result possible. In the end, thanks to Mr. Levin, I was able to defend my client successfully. I will absolutely seek Mr. Levin's help in the future if I am ever faced with another criminal matter where I need assistance.

Great Attorney

I was arrested for a DUI December 2011. I was currently stationed in Japan at the time. Spoke to many lawyers, but none felt right. I spoke to Hart once and felt confident he could help me. Helped in CUI case

I was charged with a CUI (Bicycling Under the Influence) for biking on the sidewalk with a .08% BA level. Although the consequences were minor, I didn't want to be stuck with a misdemeanor charge for something so petty and ridiculous. Mr. Levin represented me and had the entire case dismissed at the ...arraignment. I didn't have to show up in court or stress myself out--Mr. Levin promised he would handle everything and was confident that he could get the case dismissed, and sure enough, he delivered. He was helpful, sympathetic and communicative throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

God send!

Freedom..... Like other reviews I also am giving Levin thumbs up for his overall performance and my freedom. I got 2 duis in a matter of months. Ya what an idiot I am. But we live and we learn. Mr Levin eased my depression and through a miraculous miracle he ended up throwing a Hail Mary and producin...g the least amount of punishment with an slap on the wrist as he ran both cases concurrent. I am truly grateful for his knowledge and expertise.
