Great Attorney

Hart Levin is trustworthy, honest, and a great lawyer. He was able to get my case dismissed before I was charged. Hart keeps you informed and responds to all calls and emails. Don't waste your time looking for another attorney. Hire Hart and he will do a great job for you.

Best DUI lawyer there is!

I called Hart the next day I got out of jail and he told me not to worry that if i picked him as my lawyer for my case he would do the impossible to fight for me. In a month or so I got my drivers license back so i could continue to drive and in four months my case was dropped to a exhibition of spee...d! I am so glad and happy for my result on my case. I will recommend Hart Levin 100%! I dont know what I would of done if I would of got convicted with the DUI, I would of lost everything. -Ricardo

Amazing DUI attorney

I did a lot of research on DUI attorneys, called a few places, and decided to go with Hart as he seemed to be the most genuine and honest out of the lot of them (there are some serious ambulance chasing attorneys out there-- so beware!). My hunch was correct and Hart clearly laid out everything invol...ved in my case and got me the most amazing deal possible. My DUI was completely dropped for a small traffic violation. Highly recommended!

Straight forward and honest lawyer

Hart Levin represents my son's misdeamenor case with knowledge and confidence. He was able to dismiss my son's case on his first court date appearance. I knew he's for real and honest from the moment I talked to him over the phone. He even returned my call on weekends and answered questions with adv...ice on what to do next. Hart is the one to go with.

Read tons and tons of reviews on DUI lawyers. Landed on Hart... If you're dumb or unlucky enough to get a DUI like I did, you're going to need someone who knows the system and knows the ins and outs. Plus, Hart is very polite and sharp. He's a good lawyer. He used to be a prosecutor for DUIs, so he k...nows the people on the other side of the bench well. He's a very busy guy, but always responded to questions as quick as he could. Grab him and don't let go until your case is settled. Specifically, I was convicted of a DUI, but Hart got my enhancements and a second charge completely dropped. And got my BA dropped to .08 (from .1) The particulars of my case were pretty cut and dry, so a conviction was all but a certainty. But he saved me from going to jail and saved me literally thousands of dollars in fines. DONT DRINK AND DRIVE.
