Excellent Attorney - Best in LA

Fielded quotes and had conversations with a number of attorneys before choosing Hart. He was helpful, kind, and most importantly successful in defending me. He and his team are thorough and cover all of the bases. I recommend them to anyone looking for A+ representation in a DUI Case - he will treat ...you like family.

First dui offense

When I first received my dui I was unsure of what was going to happen to me. I did a little searching, and after finding out about AVVO I found Hart's profile. After reading through pages of reviews I decided to contact him. Hart speaks in a professional and courteous manner. He told me what was... and wasn't possible regarding my case. I got the idea that he knew what he was talking about, so I went with him. I had a BAC of .12 when I was arrested, so with all the little things that came with a DUI arrest I had many questions, Hart counseled me with the best course of action throughout those times. My case had alot of curveballs thrown at me, and I was starting to lose hope. However, Hart pulled through in the end and got my charges lowered to a wet and reckless. Money well spent. My only gripe would be that the lines of communication could be improved. Other than that Hart is an excellent attorney.

Great customer service from a law firm? You bet!

Hart and his crew of hardworking, kick-ass people are amazing. I am a stickler for good customer service in every way and Hart was always a phone call away (though to avoid demanding his time at the moment, I usually emailed-to which he replied within 4 hours. AMAZING!). I could not have had a be...tter experience with a lawyer. Hart was knowledgable about everything I was going through and his people were on point. They ALWAYS kept me in the loop and at no time did I EVER feel lost, confused or adrift. If you need someone who cares as much about you, a veritable stranger, as if you were good friends, then Hart is your guy. I know, I know...glowing reviews always raise eyebrows, but no-I do not know him outside of my employment of his services. He just exceeded my expectations and I set the bar pretty damn high. When someone does that, I leave good reviews for any business in any industry. If you need someone to help you through a difficult time in your life and to smile and (virtually) say, "I got your back and I'll take care of this", then Hart should be your go-to guy. I am in a much better position now and am grateful for finding him. #TeamHart :)

Worth Every Cent

Working with Hart was a pleasure. He made the whole process very easy and was always upfront and pragmatic. He was worth every penny, I highly recommend him to any and all people in need of a quality attorney who knows his stuff and works hard. Couldn't thank him enough for his work.

He got my husbands case DISMISSED!

I normally don't write reviews however, this is a special occasion and if I could give Mr. Levin 1,000,000 stars I would! About a year ago on the night of my sister-in-laws wedding, while we were all having a great time at the reception we received news from a guest my husband was being arrested do...wn the street for a DUI. I knew he was very tired and had a little too much to drink and since the home we were in did not contain enough rooms he decided to go sleep in our car down the street. At this moment I went into sheer panic especially because this has never happened to either of us. I was lost, scared, and did not know what to do, I did not understand why he was being arrested for a DUI when he was not driving anywhere and in fact being responsible by not getting behind the wheel and driving. He was being arrested for doing the right thing... plus he couldn't leave without me, we were going to take a cab to our hotel room when the bride and groom were ready to leave. After a long night of waiting and worrying I got a call they were releasing him. I had to pick him up in a cab because they towed our car. When we got to our hotel room I immediately started looking for someone that could help us with our situation because we felt they had no grounds to arrest him on a DUI when he was not driving. I came across Mr. Levin on Avvo and reading all the wonderful things his clients had to say I knew he could help us! After meeting with Mr. Levin we left confident he would do everything in his power to help us and he did exactly that! He won my husbands DMV hearing and he got the DUI charges DISMISSED! I don't think we could have made a better choice! If you are looking for someone that is going to be honest about your case and your options he is the guy. He will not promise things he cannot deliver and he will keep you at ease throughout the process. Did I mention he got our case DISMISSED? He has saved us so much stress especially because my husband drives for a living, having a DUI on his record would have been devastating to our family! Mr. Hart I want to thank you for everything you have done for us you are amazing! Please if you do not know what to do about your DUI, contact Mr. Levin he will fight for you! Thank you, thank you, thank you a million times thank you!
