Brilliant Crafty creative lawyer... with w real heart

Hart Levin is a miracle worker. I am on the board of a group that mentors gifted minority students. One who happened to be undocumented, had a DUI, and it made it impossible for her to get legal status and work permit through DACA. Hart took on the case, with a reasonable fee, and in a matter of ...weeks did the impossible, turned around a conviction, ended probation and got the record expunged. It will allow this honors student to get legal papers and have a normal career and life. Hart is seasoned, knows the system cold, incredibly effective, and really cares deeply. please contact me. I could go on and on.

Great Attorney

Hart is an outstanding attorney who has represented me twice. Both cases resulted in dismissals, the second of which was close to a miracle. He is a very down to earth person who kept me in the loop and put me at ease.

Highly Competent Attorney

I have a lot of respect and gratefulness for Mr. Hart Levin, words cannot explain what a great attorney he is. Im so thankful I met him. He is an exceptional lawyer, truly the best! Back in 2014 I was convicted of a dui. The court gave me three years of probation but, due to my immigration process I... needed to get it expunged as soon as possible. I consulted many lawyers before but, they all told me that it was impossible that the court would grant me an early termination of probation before March of 2017. Unfortunately most lawyers won't try to go the extra mile for their clients. However, Hart Levin made it happen, his great experience, determination and positive attitude towards my case helped me achieve my goal.Since the beginning he was always very supportive answering to all my questions and his great confidence gave me hope. Besides, his sincere sympathy for his client's situation difference him from the rest. Today April of 2016 I received the greatest news when he told me that the court gave me the approval for the early termination of probation! I am very happy, I feel like a big weight has been lifted off my shoulders and now I can go on with my life. I recommend Hart Levin to everyone that is going through a dui process. Do not waste your time with other attorneys. Levin is highly competent, he will help you every step of time of the way and wont give up on your case. Thank you very much for everything Hart Levin. Best attorney EVER

Hart and Matt are the most caring team of lawyers I have ever met . They took the time to review my case and talk to me and make sure I was on the same page. My case was especially tricky and if I were to have any other attorney, my outcome was sure to be much different. In fact I did start my case w...ith a different attorney and it was going downhill and I was referred to Hart with the assurance that I was going to be taken care of... And taken care of I was! I couldn't have received a better sentence. Hopefully there will never be a next time, but if there is... I know who to call. Thank you all so much!!!! I would definitely refer anyone who needed a criminal defense attorney. There's no one better.

DUI

It's always a bit unsettling when you have to hire an attorney for the first time. After some research, I consulted with Hart Levin's office regarding a DUI. Having had no prior experience with with the process, he explained step by step, what I would be dealing with from explaining my charges, pen...alties with the court as well as the dmv, court fees, timeframe and potential outcomes. Hart Levin and Matthew Cohn and staff were knowledgable and thoughtful and answered any questions I had along the way. As a working professional, I appreciate the experience that he and his team brought to my case. They worked efficiently in handling things on my behalf. They kept me informed and let me know the outcome of each step. The process was pretty much exactly as they laid out. Dealing with Hart Levin's office with their knowledge and experience immediately put me at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
