First Time DUI Reduced to Wet Reckless

Scared and Worried to the core, was my situation when I was pulled over and arrested for DUI. Had a couple of drinks and left a friend's place, never imagined it could turn around like this. Now I realize it was a very stupid idea. Just to let you know, you will be scared and worried until this all g...ets over, but here is the difference, if you have Hart on your side, you are definitely in the safer hands. They made me feel comfortable and supported me and answered every damn question I had. I recommend Hart, very strongly. Stay safe, don't drink and drive.

Hire Hart Levin

I hired Hart Levin in the face of Felony DUI charges and my case was very challenging. State Prison was definitely on the table and I had a great deal of anxiety and worry. Not only did Hart work hard as my attorney, but he has a wonderful way of making it feel very personal and that he is here to he...lp you through it all. For lack of a better term, his bedside manner had the right mix of professional and personal... I simply don't have the words to share here to articulate the debt that owe Hart for the service he provided. My case was settled with probation and outpatient counseling. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Hart and cannot recommend him highly enough. Don't ask questions, just hire this man!

Hart is the BEST!!!!

This was my first offense and I really didn't know what to do, I was released from jail at 7 am, turned on my phone and began searching for an attorney. Avvo came up on my search and Hart had the best recommendations, I called the number and he answered the phone! He gave me some advice and by 8 am I... retained his services. Hart and Jill were easy to communicate with and put me at ease. My case had speed enhancements at I was looking at jail time, Hart got me wet and wreckless with no breathilizer a small fine and community service. If you need an attorney that will fight for you, Hart is your man! If you just got out and are unsure what to do just call him! You won't be disappointed!

DUI

Hart Levin was hired by myself on October 2013, due to a DUI. At first the whole process was overwhelming, but after I consulted my issue with him, I was able to relax and feel more comfortable since I knew my case was going to be handle completely by a professional. I did not have to go through the ...hassle of attending court. Hart Levin went for me and kept me updated on my case. Two years and half later and I was still able to get help from Hart, he helped me throughout the whole process, until the very end, and for that I am very grateful. Now I am more than happy to say my case has been dismissed. And although this was a long and tedious journey, I don't think I would have done it without his help.

Brilliant Crafty creative lawyer... with w real heart

Hart Levin is a miracle worker. I am on the board of a group that mentors gifted minority students. One who happened to be undocumented, had a DUI, and it made it impossible for her to get legal status and work permit through DACA. Hart took on the case, with a reasonable fee, and in a matter of ...weeks did the impossible, turned around a conviction, ended probation and got the record expunged. It will allow this honors student to get legal papers and have a normal career and life. Hart is seasoned, knows the system cold, incredibly effective, and really cares deeply. please contact me.
