DUI Expungement

The Law Offices of Hart J Levin were extremely good to me. I needed to get my DUI expunged from out of town and I was able to do just that. They worked with me to get the necessary info and gave me a time frame when the process would be complete. I just heard back from Hart J Levin and they were a...ble to get my DUI expunged quickly and efficiently for a great rate.

Could not be happier

Hart Levin came recommended by a friend. Once I explained my situation he gave me a basic break down how the system works and what to expect. Here is the bottom line, excellent communication. His staff appeared on my behalf for every appearance except the final one where I appeared with one of his s...taff and had to sign and accept the terms offered. After all previous appearances where I did not have to appear I received a prompt email giving an update. Not having to deal with that stress allowed me to focus on my work. Price was fair and I certainly received more than I paid. Questions were answered promptly. I had no idea the court system and the DMV were separate entities and both departments needed to be addressed. I was able to handle DMV once the system was explained to me. Before my appearance I received a call from Hart after business hours. He is dedicated and calm in his approach.

The best I could ever ask for !!

I received my first ever DUI and was traumatized from it. I did not know who to turn to, where to go for help, or who I could trust. I met with a few recommended attorneys, but something just didn't feel right about their approach or their level of expertise on my specific type of case. I wanted some...body I felt comfortable with from the minute I spoke with him. So I decided to do some research on my own, and after a short while of searching, stumbled on Hart Levin's reviews and others saying how great and knowledgeable he was. I looked further into him, making sure it wasn't all just hot air. But after checking out his website, reading up on his bio, and looking into his results with previous similar cases, something told me to I definitely had to reach out to him. There aren't words to describe how glad I am I trusted my instincts and I reached out to him!! On our first phone call, He asked me to read him some code numbers off my ticket, and right off the bat he knew which courthouse, judge, and marshall would be ruling my case. I was shocked. Being a former DA, he knows all the ins and outs of the legal system and has worked with so many judges and other officials in the court system. His level of expertise is immeasurable. Not to mention, after every hearing, Hart and his team would email me and update me with everything I needed to know before I even contacted them. All the paperwork, forms, everything and anything that needed to be taken care of, from the courts to the DMV, Hart and his team took care of for me efficiently and professionally. They completely exceeded my level of expectations. i would recommend Hart Levin and his legal team to anyone and everyone who is in a similar situation as myself. All the other lawyers were charging the same as well, Hart is very affordable. I guarantee you will end up spending the same amount of money if you go somewhere else, and not get the results Hart and his team can give you. A million times yes. Thank you Hart, thank you Matthew.
