Thankful

Hart

I would highly recommend The Law Offices of Hart J Levin to anybody seeking criminal legal counsel. Hart Levin and Matthew Cohen fought for me for months while I was incarcerated. I was facing 2-6 years in state prison. Hart and Matthew challenged the DA and the judge on my case repeatedly, insisting... that I was not a criminal, that I was a drug addict that needed help. The judge finally agreed and I was sentenced to 6 months in a rehab program and 3 years of probation. I have been clean and sober ever since the day I was arrested (7/26/2014) and I just recently discharged probation. I owe so much to these men for believing in me and fighting for me when the justice system was ready to write me off and send me to prison. If you want people who will not only work hard for you, but also have a genuine care for those that they help, call Hart and his team. You won't regret it.

Great Attorney

Hart is very good at what he does. He communicated effectively and FOUGHT aggressively on my son's behalf to get the outcome we wanted. I highly recommend him to anyone one seeking a criminal attorney. He is the BEST!

Could not have had a better experience

I received my first DUI and was not sure what to do and was extremely anxious about the whole situation. I contacted Hart one night after looking up different lawyers in the area, and he replied that same night. From our very first meeting he made me feel completely at ease and told me he would take ...care of everything revolving the court and even filed an appeal for my driver's license since the initial 10 days had passed. He drastically brought down my charges and even helped reduce my court fee. Although I cannot say I am happy about the choice I made when I received my DUI, he made the process as easy and clear as possible, and his office staff also did the same. I would 100% recommend Hart to anyone in the same situation.

Recommended Lawyer!

I'm writing this in case anyone else is in my shoes and is looking for help but doesn't know where to turn or who to trust. I found Hart online after I read his reviews. I had a traffic issue when I was wrongfully accused of hit and run. I called this firm on a Saturday evening and was shocked that... I was able to talk to an actual attorney instead of some random person. I was really freaking out because a detective left a note on my car regarding a hit and run and said I would face criminal charges if I didn't address it. Hart and his team took over and by Monday morning the matter was totally resolved and the case was closed. I never had to deal with the police directly or go to court or anything like that. I was super relieved. I'm a professional and I was very concerned about my record. I really liked that Hart was reachable, responded to emails quickly, seemed genuinely caring about my situation, and most importantly, got me the outcome I needed. His price was very reasonable and he let me make payments. Anyway, I wasn't expecting to write a review for a lawyer but I was so pleased with his service and his team that I felt compelled to share my story. Since my case, I've given him 2 new clients with different criminal charges and both people got very positive outcomes. Awesome work you guys! Five star service!
